GOALS//

From Couch To Champion Milestones Phase 02

This journey from couch potato to champion has been about setting measurable goals and consistently showing up to meet them. Right now, I’m focused on improving my endurance, dialing in my pace, and building the strength and form needed to run a strong 5K.

My current goal is to complete the race with confidence, stay injury-free, and continue improving my time. Every training session is a step toward not just winning, but finishing well.

RACE//

I’ll be running the United Supermarkets Lubbock Marathon 5K Race on October 27, 2024 a key milestone in my Couch to Champion journey.

I got tired of sitting on the sidelines, watching others chase their goals while I stayed stuck in the version of myself I knew I was meant to outgrow. I didn’t want to live in excuses anymore. I wanted to live the Apex Mindset. To break free from comfort, step into discipline, and become someone I could respect. Couch to Champion isn’t just about running. It’s about deciding that who you’ve been doesn’t have to define who you become.
